Monika Malgorzata Nagy

About me personally

As a Dipl. holistic nutrition consultant with in depth experience in the field of holistic support for clients with weight loss processes, intolerances, individual nutritional planning, intestinal diagnostics and hormone coaching, I bring a wide range of expertise to the health industry.

My passion for nutrition and health, as well as my ability to support clients in overcoming health problems holistically, characterize my professional career.

As an independent nutritionist, I use my knowledge and skills to support my clients on their path to health.

My further training, including recognition by health insurance companies in accordance with the EMR quality label, demonstrates my commitment to continuous development and quality improvement.

With a strong background in holistic nutrition, experiential medicine and gut health, I use my skills to provide individualized, needs-based and effective support for my clients. My aim is to improve nutrition and health through a holistic approach. To increase the well-being and quality of life of my clients.

Nutritional advice

Diet is a hackneyed word associated with guilt and a guilty conscience.

The word diet is actually derived from dietetics and comprises an original measure in the sense of a regulated lifestyle that contributes to maintaining mental and physical health and healing.

It takes courage and patience to look at, adapt or even change your own eating behavior. I would like to motivate and accompany you to do it. In the case of certain illnesses, adapting your diet can have a major impact on your health and well-being.
