Please understand that the consultation appointments agreed with you are fixed appointments. I only keep this specific period of time free for your treatment and would therefore ask you to keep these appointments.
In case of no-show, please cancel 48 hours in advance.
If you cancel 24 hours in advance and the appointment cannot be booked, I will charge 50% and if you cancel on the same day, I will charge 100%.
Invoices for missed consultation time are not reimbursed by the health insurance companies.
Please note that I am recognized by health insurance companies. We strongly recommend that you check with your health insurance provider before your visit to see if they accept EMR registration.
